Payment: On booking, 15% deposit by cheque to First Class Chauffeur Co. sent to the address on the website. Balance by cheque as above due 21 days before travel. Corporate clients - payment must be received within 14 days of invoice. Cancellation: The following will apply: Corporate clients: Sub contracting: We reserve the right to sub-contract to other companies in order to meet our obligations when necessary. Baggage: A reasonable amount of passenger luggage is allowed,
but luggage, which in the opinion of the Chauffeur amounts to be excessive,
will not be carried. First Class Chauffeur Company accepts
no responsibility for any loss or damage to any luggage or property carried
in or on the vehicle howsoever-such loss or damage is caused. Your baggage
is carried by our Chauffeurs at your own risk please check that your luggage
is loaded Delays:
Parking: General: The Chauffeur will, unless specifically otherwise instructed by the Client will travel by the route which in his opinion is the best and most convenient whether it is the shortest or not. The Chauffeur will make every effort to ensure that you arrive safely and on time at your destinations. First Class Chauffeur Comapny shall not be held responsible / liable for any delays that occur beyond it's control. The Chauffeur has the right to refuse to carry any passenger who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs or whose behaviour poses a threat to himself, vehicle or any other passenger. First Class Chauffeur Company maintains a strict non-smoking policy and does not allow the consumption of food or beverages in any of its vehicles. All vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third party claims under British law. All Chauffeurs are Police vetted and hold a Local Authority Private Hire Licence. All cars are inspected twice a year by the relevant
Authorities.
